Cancellations & Refunds

At Metryx Clothing, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order or request a refund. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for cancellations and refunds. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Order Cancellation

We understand that you might change your mind after placing an order. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Eligibility for Cancellation:
    • You may cancel an order only if it has NOT YET BEEN PROCESSED OR SHIPPED.
    • Typically, orders are processed and dispatched within 12-48hours of placement (excluding weekends and public holidays). We recommend requesting a cancellation as soon as possible after placing your order.
  • How to Cancel:
    • To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Service team immediately via:

      • Please provide your Order Number and the reason for cancellation.
  • Cancellation Confirmation:
    • Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email.
    • If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will unfortunately be unable to cancel it. In such cases, you will need to follow our Return and Exchange Policy (available on our website) once you receive the product.
  • Cancellation by Metryx Clothing:
    • We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
      • Product unavailability or stock limitations.
      • Pricing errors or discrepancies.
      • Issues with payment processing or suspected fraudulent activity.
      • Inaccurate or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
      • Failure to meet our Terms & Conditions.
    • If Metryx Clothing cancels your order, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed based on the reason for the refund (cancellation, return, or specific issues).

a. Refunds for Cancelled Orders:

  • If your order is successfully cancelled before processing/shipping, a full refund will be initiated immediately.
  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your original payment method (e.g., bank account, credit card, UPI). This timeframe depends on your bank or payment gateway’s processing times.

b. Refunds for Returned Products:

  • For products returned under our Return and Exchange Policy, refunds will be processed after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved by our quality control team.
  • Eligibility: The product must meet the conditions outlined in our Return and Exchange Policy (e.g., unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging, within the return window).
  • Refund Amount: The refund will be for the product’s purchase price. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product).
  • Processing Time: Once the return is approved, a refund will be initiated within 3-5 business days. It will then take an additional 5-7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

c. Refunds for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Received:

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photographic or video evidence.
  • We will assess the situation and, if validated, we will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:
    • Replacement: Ship a correct replacement product to you at no additional cost.
    • Full Refund: If a replacement is not possible or preferred, we will initiate a full refund, including original shipping charges.
  • Return of Item: We may arrange for a reverse pickup of the damaged/defective/incorrect item. Please ensure the item is securely packed.
  • Processing Time: Refunds for such cases will be initiated within 2-3 business days after the issue is confirmed and the item (if applicable) is picked up/returned. It will then take an additional 5-7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

3. Refund Method

  • All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). You will be required to provide your bank account details (Account Holder Name, Account Number, IFSC Code) for this purpose. We assure you that these details will be used solely for the refund transaction and handled securely.

4. No Refunds Under Certain Conditions

  • Products returned after the specified return window.
  • Products that are not in their original condition, are damaged, used, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Products without original tags, packaging, or accessories.
  • Products purchased during a final sale or clearance events (unless defective).
  • Orders where incorrect details (e.g., address, contact number) were provided by the customer, leading to failed delivery or return to origin, and the customer does not wish for re-shipment (re-shipping charges may apply).

5. Delayed or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@metryxclothing.com.
