1. Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to all serviceable locations within India.

2. Shipping Partners:

To provide you with the best possible delivery service, we utilize reputable third-party shipping partners including, but not limited to, DTDC, BlueDart, Ekart, and other trusted couriers. The choice of carrier for your order will depend on your delivery location and the most efficient service available.

3. Shipping Charges:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹60 will be applied.
    • For orders ₹1,000 and above, standard shipping is free.
  • Express Shipping (if applicable):
    • We may offer express shipping options for select locations at an additional cost. If available, this option and its associated charges will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after order confirmation.
  • You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

5. Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time for standard shipping is typically 3-7 business days for most major cities.
  • For remote or regional areas, delivery may take slightly longer, up to 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package on the respective courier partner’s website.
  • You can also track your order directly through your Metryx Clothing account (if applicable).

7. Delivery Attempts & Unsuccessful Delivery:

  • Our shipping partners will typically attempt delivery multiple times (usually 2-3 attempts).
  • If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, or if the package is refused by the recipient, the order may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we may charge a re-shipping fee or deduct shipping costs from any refund issued.
  • Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number to avoid delivery issues.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments:

  • We take utmost care in packaging your orders. However, if you receive a damaged package, please refuse to accept it from the courier and contact our customer service immediately with photographic evidence.
  • If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us at admin@metryxclothing.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the shipping partner to investigate the matter.

9. Changes to Shipping Address:

  • Once an order has been placed, changes to the shipping address may not be possible. Please contact us immediately at admin@metryxclothing.com if you need to request an address change. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.
